Delivery and Returns

Allow 7-10 days for delivery via UPS Ground.

To return an item, follow the instructions below:  

All returns must be made within 15 days of ship date. (No exceptions)  
Send an e-mail  to us for a return authorization number.  
Send merchandise to be returned to the company address with the return
authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the box.  
Send item by way of United Parcel Service (UPS) or the
United States Post Office prepaid. Customer is responsible for return freight. 
Insure your package. Keep your shipping receipt.  
Send a copy of the original invoice for proper credit. 

ITEMS NOT RETURNABLE ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Clothing items that have been worn or tags removed.

Electronic items removed from original packaging.

Items damaged in any way due to mishandling.
